The coloring and detail on this piece is astonishing. Though it lacks depth, I believe the flatness of it is an artistic style and not an inability to shade and tone properly. The originality of the piece really makes it stand out among all others and gives it impact. This is something that causes emotion, and it is truly terrifying where most artworks fail. I feel inspired just looking at this, and I'm excited to see what other works you will have in the future. I enjoy the impressionistic elements of the muscle and sinew, and how they aren't fully detailed but more convey the feeling of sinew than the true appearance. This piece is simply beautiful.
