Vision / Composition: The composition is well balanced, full of depth and variety from the blurred and fading block of buildings in the distance to the tight linework of the pavement in the foreground. The fine details in lighting on the building corners and specific model cars is impressive, original and definitely not a copy from a digital painting. Our eyes are drawn in to the center and cant help but want to follow the red tail lights of the vehicle driving out of the scene.
Color: Few could argue that the array of color both sets the mood and expresses itself as the colors dance off surfaces and define others. The reflections, highlights and sklines consist with stroke variations that do not distract from the overall impact. There is such a rich palate displayed.
Technique: Don't know how to do it or I would be doing it - well done!
Overall: I've been to this location, and this painting captures the bustle and vibrancy of Warsaw and even conveys some of the tone and mood of vibrant colors spangled in the midst of the neutral concrete and stone urban European city that it is. A fantastic fanfare of expression and realism.
It's a pleasure to spend the time and look at a painting like this. Thanks for the opportunity. Dzienkuje Bardzo Schermerberger
Vision: The compositon is very well made and it really captures the attention of others. The details are really good and the people are well made. The details are really showing from the buildings to the well defined tree that stands in front of the building on the right side.
Color: The color is really showing and is reflected off the ground like it had rained on it. The color on the tree is made perfectly and the green added on it helps us to see it instead of it being hidden on the building.
Technique: You have a really good technique. It draws the attention in others and everyone can't help, but look at all the details you did because they are really well seen. You are a really good artist and I wish I could have been as good with you.
Impact: This picture has given a huge impact on me. Anyone who have seen it and are on deviantart should probably have it on their favorites right now. I love everything about it, especially the tree that you did. Everything seems to blend and it looks really real. The lights you did and the sun really grow and it grabs my attention evenmore. I have to say that this is the most beautifully painting that I have ever seen in my whole life. Good job akreon.
When I look at this picture, I think about a dirty and sad, rainy world without feelings. But it is lively too! All colors have a flow, it is so fascinating. There are beautiful chosen colors, nice contrasts and a wonderful traditional style of painting. This picture will never be boring, it is really amazing.
Oh... oh my. How can I put to words what this picture makes me feel? It is just simply gorgeous. The longer I look, the more I notice... the colors, the objects... everything. Even the simple details, like the reflections of the people as they walk across the tiles... it is just so inspiring. This is truly fantastic!
Your mastery of acrylic is inspirational. I love the focus of the light and reflective qualities of the colorfully enhanced scene. The wet-down pavement and metal surfaces reflecting light in the most awesome of ways. It's moody and mysterious and at the same time overwhelmingly colorful and vibrant. It's loose and the composition is perfection. Love the palette of pure color, touches of cobalt or ultramarine, vibrant red & oranges as well as violet and turquoises. Ahh! Perfection. You've pushed the limits here so well.
This is so pretty, I love the impressionistic style and how there's such a euphoria of colors; it's like a rainbow, but it's not overwhelming in that sense. It's so well balanced between the bright and muted colors, too, and your brush strokes are really beautiful--I especially love those in sky.
